How is Argonide's NanoCeram PAC filter different? And, how does it solve the common problem found in Point of Use Filtration? Standard activated carbon filters are often misapplied and unintentionally remove all oxidizing disinfectants-- including chlorine and chloramine. Without these disinfectant residuals, plumbing systems become more susceptible to microbial growth and biofilm formation, increasing the risk of colonization by opportunistic pathogens such as Legionella pneumophila. Argonide's NanoCeram and PAC (Powdered Activated Carbon) Series Pleated Filter Cartridges are engineered to eliminate these challenges. Originally developed from NASA technology, the advanced filter media combines micro glass fibers, cellulose, nano alumina fibers, powdered activated carbon, and an antimicrobial agion in a thermally bonded, non-woven matrix. - Kit includes: 3/8" QC Filter Head, EP Head 3/8" Quick Connect Fittings, Filter, Built in Shut off Valve, Steel Bracket and screws to mount the encapsulated filter.
- Filters out harmful contaminants. Reduces or removes bacteria, viruses, cysts, heavy metals, trace pharmaceuticals, among other residuum. Certified to NSF/ANSI 53 standards, and following ASPE's 2023 Engineering Methodologies to Reduce the Risk of Legionella.
- Contains powdered Activated Carbon (PAC) and antimicrobial Agion, reducing the microbial load even in low to zero residual water conditions. Since microorganisms are removed, the downstream risk of biofilm formation is significantly lower compared to standard carbon media.

Elite Technologies Group warrants that its filtration products are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 18 months from date of shipment or 12 months from installation whichever occurs first.
ETG'S liability under this warranty shall be discharged solely by replacement or repair of defective product, provided ETG is notified in writing within one year from date of shipment, F.O.B. distribution center.
